What's included

- The VA review form filled in with the decided issues you pick, after you confirm every field (you sign and file it), and a doctor packet where a medical opinion would help
- Email reminders 90, 30 and 7 days before each review deadline

Renewal and cancelling
- ServiceRecord Plus Lite renews automatically every month at $19 until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Plus Lite is software, not representation.
- Cancel from your account page at any time. Cancelling stops future charges.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and haven't started a review, we refund that first payment in full.
- After the month you paid for ends, new monthly reviews, deadline reminders and the symptom log stop. Reviews you already ran stay on your account until you delete them.
